About Us

          We are the Scott Family, and we live deep in the heart of Virginia.  Yes, we have left the land that we love for a stint in Washington's beloved state. 
We enjoy beekeeping, gardening, and watching the children and grandchildren grow.  We hope to have frequent visits back to Texas.
         We are living with our daughter's growing family on a little patch of land. We are helping with chores while our son-in-law attends med school. 

           Our family is mostly in Central Texas. We are praying for rain for them there.
           We watch older flicks, such as Westerns starring Roy Rogers from time to time.  Or we'll purchase DVDs to watch as a family.

           We subscribe to the magazines offered by Creation Ministries International and Answers in Genesis. We sincerely appreciate their efforts to educate the world with God's wisdom.

           Our family Bible verse is 1 Thessalonians 4:11, which says, That ye study to be quiet, and to do your own business, and to work with your own hands, as we commanded you;
